Our team creates an inviting, attentive environment where clients and art enthusiasts can explore the work in depth and discover pieces that resonate on a personal level. The Role


As the Gerard Byrne Gallery Sales Advisor you will:

  • Be the face of the gallery for in‑person sales: guiding clients through pieces, building trust and delivering a high‑end experience.

  • Take initiative to proactively drive new leads outside the gallery: networking events, outreach, client referrals, gallery tours, partnerships.

  • Manage and grow our client book: follow‑up, nurture relationships, upsell and cross‑sell where appropriate.

  • Collaborate closely with the gallery team on events, exhibitions, marketing and client‑data insights.

  • Uphold high standards of service, presentation and luxury etiquette. 


What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in luxury sales with proven success.

  • Strong interpersonal skills: excellent communicator, natural relationship‑builder, confident engaging high‐net‐worth clients.

  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset: you’re not waiting for footfall — you’re creating it.

  • Comfortable working full‑time, including evenings and weekends.
